My Self as My Body is a Creative Commons project based on Flickr. The Body Appropriate began recruiting images to be placed in this collective pool in 2010. Since then, there have been 1,000 individuals choosing to contribute. You can scroll through the photos and examine how people perceive their own bodies. People have produced images of themselves, their family members, acquaintances and other anatomical images they have found within their cities.
The mission is to inspire reflection and exploration of the self as a body.
